The hotel wasn't my first choice to stay in with its lack of air conditioning making it awful to sleep in, identical smell, and mold stains on the bathroom ceiling. The room had stains on the furniture, overall just gross. On the positive side, the service was quite accommodating and impressive despite some issues with maintenance and cleanliness. The location seemed a bit unsafe but had easy access to downtown. The dining experience wasn't the best due to unsanitary conditions and limited options.

My stay at Embassy Suites was a mix of highs and lows. The rooms were spacious, but unfortunately had a smell of old wet towels and a large stain in the middle of the carpet, which was a bit disappointing. The service, however, was excellent with very sweet and accommodating staff. The location was convenient, close to downtown Columbia and the Riverbanks Zoo, although the noise from the nearby interstate and train track was a downside. The dining experience offered tasty options, including an omelet bar, but there were some inconsistencies. Overall, it was a decent stay with some room for improvement.
